Latest Trip Review

This journey was one that a friend and I took a couple of months ago. We had a wonderful time when we were there in Nepal. The photos from the trip are still fresh in my mind, and I can't stop thinking about how gorgeous the views of the mountains, the countryside, and the region of Langtang that includes the lake were. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone on the Footprint team for making this a reality.

My family and I recently completed the Rara Lake Trek with Footprint Adventure, and it was incredible. Traveling with kids can be tricky, but the team was so accommodating and patient. Our guide, Ganesh Dai, ensured that the trek was enjoyable for everyone, with plenty of breaks and fun activities along the way. Rara Lake is like something out of a dream—it’s peaceful and pristine. This was the perfect way to bond as a family while enjoying the natural beauty of our country. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling with kids!

I became interested in the Himalayan Nepal trekking tour in 2018, and the one I finally took with this tour agency was a life-changing, best decision throughout my travels. We chose the short trek in the Annapurna region, departing from Pokhara, and took a thousand steps all the way to Ghorepani. The guide was very helpful, and we didn't have to worry about luggage since a porter was provided. The tour has helped us from the moment we set foot on Kathmandu soil until the moment we went back home. I will definitely return to Nepal and take the Everest basecamp route next!

There were 5 of us traveling to Nepal together, but we only had 5 days. So, for Muktinath Darshan, we made the decision to rent a helicopter. From Pokhara City, Footprint Adventure organized our helicopter flight. After the scary helicopter flight, they picked us up from our hotel and returned us there. The mountain views from the helicopter's window were breathtaking. The flight was somewhat harrowing but not too. For Darshan, the little trip and flying to see the mountains were definitely worthwhile.
If you wish to go to Muktinath, take a helicopter flight. This organization comes highly recommended for your proper arrangements.

I joined the Phoksundo Lake trek hoping for adventure, but it turned out to be a spiritual experience as well. Dolpo’s serene environment and the stories shared by my guide about the Bon religion made the trip even more special. Phoksundo Lake felt like a sacred space, surrounded by an aura of peace and divinity. I’m grateful to Footprint Adventure for organizing such a meaningful trek. It’s not just a journey through landscapes but through the heart of Dolpo’s unique culture. Will cherish this forever!

I’ve always wanted to be on a helicopter, and the ABC Heli Tour made it happen! Sharan from Footprint Adventure suggested this, and it was the perfect choice. The views of terraced fields and snow-capped mountains from above were unreal.

Landing at Annapurna Base Camp was the highlight—surrounded by towering peaks, it felt like a dream. The trip was perfectly organized, and every moment was magical.

If you’ve ever wanted to fly and experience the Himalayas, this is it.

My time in Nepal has just come to end. I'd want to extend my gratitude to Footprint Adventure for taking care of everything for me.
The trip to the Everest region was fantastic in every way. I had some concerns about traveling during the monsoon, but it turned out that the weather, as well as Sharan's ability to coordinate everything, worked out wonderfully.
I have done a lot of traveling in a wide variety of countries with a number of different tour operators, but I find Sharan to be really trustworthy, reliable, and helpful. Choose to travel with the Footprint Team if you want to have a memorable time in Nepal.
